Wheat flour is out of the shadows nowadays, it is unhealthy. And yet..so many people eat foods with wheat flour. Whether out of ignorance or a lack of caring, wheat flour is still at large. These are some healthy and easy-to-make substitutes that can be used as flour in your favorite recipes!

Almond Flour

Grind up some almonds in a blender, simple! You can choose to sprout the almonds before for enhanced flavor and nutrition.

Coconut Flour

Oat Flour

Same as Almond Flour, grind ’em up!

Rice Flour
