Bone Sooooup

Homeade broth is the best way to go when making soup! For the soup today I simmered pig feet in a pot with water 2/3 full and 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar for 24 hours. Then, I drained the bones and added my potatoes and beets first, then my meat(pork neck bones!) and carrots and celery, and lastly the mushrooms and spices!
